House Judiciary Commity, Senate Judiciary Commitee, Department of Justice, State Storney Generals OH MY!!
The attorneys general of states Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee and The District of Columbia are creating an antitrust investigation against Facebook. This was announced by General Letitia James from New York on Friday.
The investigation is going to steer towards how Facebook has made a significant impact on advertising prices, the data theve been using and the consumer privacy.
"We will use every investigative tool at our disposal to determine whether Facebook's actions may have endangered consumer data, reduced the quality of consumers' choices, or increased the price of advertising." How long will this go on for? Unfortunetly, its going to take years for this whole issue to be resolved.
